• Cable internet connection apart from the Wifi in the apartment.

The location in terms of connections is unbeatable. The house is located in front of a subway entrance with connection to lines 5, 9S, and 10S, which offer:

• Direct line with Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of the Barcelona airport in 30 min without transfer

• Direct line with Sants Station in 10 min without transfer

• Connection with Plaza Cataluña in 15 minutes with a single transfer

The rooms are rented from 545 euros per month depending on the duration of the rental. The cost of supplies is charged separately. The rooms are rented in a seasonal rental format, so the rental period must be more than 1 month, and not more than 11 months. Nevertheless, it can be extended for another course of study.

Last year, the 7 rooms of the apartment were rented to ESADE students and we would like the next year to be the same.
